Intex Group offers a online-support for remote access or online meetings

Our team will assist you competently to:

• to handle the software
• solve problems
• detect sources of defect
• resolve bugs

The Intex Online-Support is free of charge during the implementation phase. Afterwards it is subject to charges. Online-support charges only apply in case of consulting, imparting further knowledge of the system etc., they do not apply to system errors which are covered by a maintenance contract.
