Your mission
- You independently implement and optimize business processes and customer projects
- You support the requirements analysis of our customers and interested parties, document potential for change and implement it
- You successfully support the implementation of our ERP and MES software solutions for customers
- You conduct customer training and ensure support for our customers
- In collaboration with our product managers, you will work on the further development of our solutions
Your profile
- You have a degree in industrial engineering, computer science, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, business administration or comparable training
- Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in consulting or a comparable area. Alternatively, you have a strong understanding of business and IT (lateral entry)
- You enjoy constantly expanding your knowledge and working internationally and in an interdisciplinary manner
- You think and act in a team-oriented manner and have a good dose of humor
- Willingness to travel, service and customer orientation are a given for you
- You have strong communication skills and are fluent in spoken and written German (very good) and English (good).
